我们已注意到一个在 LinkedIn 上以崔淑芬 “Cherry Cui” 为名所运作的欺诈性账号。该账号虚假声称该人士是云顶集团（Genting Group）的投资合作伙伴，并宣称其在以下据称与云顶集团有关联的公司中担任高管职务：

• Genting Sky International (Group) Industrial Development Co., Ltd
• Yunding International (Group) Development Industry Ltd
• Genting Sky Aviation Leasing Holding International (Group) Co., Ltd
• Guangzhou Genting United Industrial Ltd

此外，我们亦已识别出一个以崔淑芬 “Cherry Cui Shu Fen” 为名所运作的微信账号，该账号与名为 “云顶联合” （Genting United）的官方账号相关联。

云顶有限公司特此明确声明：其与上述公司以及在 LinkedIn 或微信上使用崔淑芬 “Cherry Cui” 或 “Cherry Cui Shu Fen” 这一姓名的个人不存在任何形式的关联、隶属关系或合作关系。我们将向有关当局正式举报此事。对于与上述事项有关的任何事宜，本公司概不承担任何责任，并保留一切法律权利。

我们强烈建议公众：

• 在与任何使用“云顶” Genting 名称或商标作为其公司名称、产品或服务标识的企业进行交易或往来时，请保持警惕；以及
• 直接向云顶有限公司（Genting Berhad）核实任何云顶品牌产品和/或服务的真实性，或查阅本公司官方网站 www.genting.com，以核实与云顶集团相关的企业及公司。

Alert On Syndicate

It has come to our attention that a syndicate has been operating under the name Genting International Co. Limited. Based on recent news reports, the said syndicate has been convicted under various offences such as online fraud, identity theft and ponzi scheme operations, resulting in numerous arrest and deportations.

We wish to notify that Genting International Co. Limited., which was registered in Nigeria has no affiliation or relation in any way or manner with Genting Berhad or any of our subsidiaries. We will not accept any responsibility over matters relating to Genting International Co. Limited and reserve all our legal rights.

We advise the public to be vigilant and always check our website www.genting.com to verify businesses and companies related to the Genting Group.

It has come to our attention that the image and information regarding Genting Berhad’s Executive Chairman has been unlawfully and improperly used to promote or otherwise be associated with online trading platforms, including algorithmic trading platforms such as Immediate Edge.

We wish to stress that neither Genting Berhad’s Executive Chairman not any Genting Group company is involved or associated in any way or manner to any online trading platforms or sites. Please do not circulate or disseminate any form of materials that purport to link any trading sites to Genting Berhad’s Executive Chairman or Genting Group. We will not accept any responsibility but will reserve all our legal rights.

Genting Berhad (GENT) has been made aware of fake news on unauthorized social media platforms and weblinks, purportedly linked to the Genting Group in respect of online gaming.

We wish to stress that neither GENT, Genting Malaysia Berhad nor Resorts World Genting are involved or associated in any way or manner to these online gaming sites or postings, including mybet88, BP77 and other similar sites. Please do not circulate or disseminate any form of materials that purport to link these gaming sites to the Genting Group.
